to keep in mind that this report allows them to do as much of the work required to get their home ready for
sale, as they feel they can accomplish. The report is a fantastic tool for the homeowner who wants to do everything
himself at a minimal cost. Without question, we would love to help you with the staging of your home however if that's
not required, at the very least hiring us to do a consulation ensures you have a roadmap to follow, so you
will be able to focus your time and energy appropriately.
Blossom
Package: Has your home been on the market for awhile without much activity? Before you do a price reduction,
call us in and take advantage of our special Blossom package! Package includes 3 hours of our time with an accessory rental
valued at $1000 worth of retail merchandise to perfectly accessorize your home. We will freshen up your house so it looks
like a new listing!
Package Cost: $650
** Remember that a price reduction can be anywhere from $5,000 - $20,000 so
before you take that drastic a step, invest in our services and revitalize your house!

At this point, the home owner can decide how much of the recommendations they
want to complete on their own as per the consultation report. If the home owners are comfortable completing the
recommendations then our job is complete. If however, the home owners would like us to complete the recommendations on their
behalf then we would be more than happy to do so. Or, the home owners could hire us to complete a portion of the recommendations
and they will do the rest. We can definitely help create a customized staging solution to fit every need and budget. As part
of our staging service however we will offer:
- Advice on colors as
it pertains to painting, and ability to liason with contractors/painters
- Aid with de-cluttering, packing and room organization
- Furniture
arrangement & rental
- Complete staging of the house
after it has been prepared and cleaned for sale. This includes merchandising and accessorizing to create a polished, inviting

- Once we have been hired to stage a home, we offer
the home owner complete access to our team of professionals who will help them complete projects. Included in our team are
landscapers, flooring specialists, repairmen, painters and cleaners. This makes it easy for home owners to get projects completed
and add additional equity to their homes.

Vacant Home Staging
Rooms
in Bloom knows how hard it is to sell your home if it is vacant. Without furniture, a house loses it's natural warmth
and there are no distractions for buyers - especially if there are repairs or other issues which are readily apparent.
We work often with both home owners and realtors to help furnish vacant homes. We offer monthly rentals
on both furniture and accessories in order to create an inviting atmosphere for buyers. Furniture has been proven to help
buyers get a sense of a room's proportions in order for them to visualize their own furnishings in the space. Without
furniture, rooms are devoid of warmth, life and interest. It is a fact that a vacant home which is staged will sell in a third
of the time as a house which is empty.
We offer to do consultations at vacant
homes in order to assess how much (if not all) of a house should be furnished so that it shows to its fullest potential. The
consultation lasts about an hour and within 24 hours we will be able to provide a quote on the cost of furnishing the house.
We do charge for the consultation however if you decide to proceed with staging the home, we will waive this fee.

New Home Design Service:
Rooms in Bloom can help home owners make the transition from one house to another with ease. By working with
their clients, we can advise on furniture layout, design elements (paint color, flooring etc), decor accessories and more.
We can work with a client's furnishings or aid them in the purchase of new items in order to create a warm, inviting home.
We offer to do personal shopping as part of this service and will bring in our team of professional trades and contacts in
order to facilitate a stress-free transition from one home to another. This service is not limited to people moving however
as we often work with clients who wish to stay in their homes but want their home re-designed to fit their changing needs
and lifestyle.
How do you begin? Simply contact us to book a consultation
so we can assess what your needs are. Consultations are 1 - 2 hours in length and cover a maximum of 2 rooms. We will cover
all aspects of the room(s) from paint colour to furnishings to accessories and flooring. We want to ensure that the style
fits the way you live as well as the way you want to live.
If you used
our staging services to move, please inquire about our preferred customer discount when you hire us to help you design your
new home.

Whether it's an office at home or away from home, we offer our design talent to help create a stunning workspace. We offer
to do consultations to assess the business's needs and can design inviting work spaces in one office or in an open area.
Our consultations cover everything from paint color to office furnishings to flooring and room layout. Enjoying your workspace
so that it promotes increased productivity, reduces stress and improves overall office morale is vital as people spend more
time working than doing anything else.
